"Green T" is run by a mum of 2 very active and demanding toddlers. There may be times when the demands and priorities of family life exceed that of "Green T" and small delays may occur in shipping or communication. If possible you will be notified if any delays are foreseen. Postage:
Australia Post is used as our method of delivery. Registered Post is optional and we do recommend this option.
Orders sent via regular post are sent with the customers knowledge that this item is not registered and should any items be lost by Australia Post (which we is rare but it does happen), "Green T" are not obligated to provide a refund. Naturally we will assist in trying to locate what has happened to your order and help where we can. Maximum claim for any lost parcels is only $50 unless it is registered which then allows for $100 insurance with extra insurance available at $1.25 per $100. "Green T" strongly recommend you obtain the appropriate level of insurance to cover your purchase.
We always endeavour to have your parcel sent the within 48 hours of payment clearing, Aust Post can take anywhere from 2 -10 business days depending on where you reside. Please note that we are located in Western Australia so sometimes delivery times can be a little longer then average. Express Post is available were possible, so just ask. Calculating postage accurately can be a difficult task during the checkout process. If too much postage is charge in relation to your order I will either refund the amount or add free product to that value. Please be aware that a small handling fee is also included, simply to cover the cost for any necessary packaging etc. I do my best to reduce the cost of postage and handling costs where ever possible.
